Plumage DetailsMales have a grey-blue head with a prominent black band extending from the cere to below the eye, and a broad black chin stripe. The back and wings are bright green, transitioning to a yellow-green on the belly, with a blue rump. The large, hooked beak is bright red with a yellow tip. Females have a duller red beak and less distinct black facial markings.
