Plumage DetailsPredominantly black body plumage with a contrasting white throat and chest. A narrow red band encircles the lower edge of the white chest patch, and the undertail coverts are also red. The most distinctive feature is the large, orange-yellow bill with a black tip and a black band at the base. There is a blue ring around the eye and an orange patch of bare skin behind the eye.
Vocalization / CallIts vocalizations are typically deep, frog-like croaking or grunting sounds, often described as 'grrr-grrr-grrr' or 'rrraak-rrraak-rrraak'. They also produce bill-clacking sounds.

Description
The Toco Toucan is the largest and most recognizable toucan species, characterized by its striking black and white plumage and an enormous, brightly colored bill. It is primarily arboreal, moving through the canopy with short, heavy flights and hops, often seen in pairs or small groups.
