Plumage DetailsAdults have a dark sooty-brown to black head, back, and wings. A prominent white stripe above each eye extends to the bill, creating the 'spectacled' appearance. The chest is a creamy buff to yellowish-white, separated from the dark head by a dark band. The eyes are yellow.
