Plumage DetailsThis species exhibits vibrant plumage with a crimson-red crown, a white forehead and face, and a bright yellow bill. A broad rufous-chestnut band crosses the breast, separated from the white face by a thin white line. The back and wings are emerald green, often with maroon patches on the wing coverts, while the belly is pale yellowish-green.
