Plumage DetailsMales have a greyish-blue head, a broad black collar extending from the lower mandible to the nape, and a predominantly green body. The lower back and rump are bluish-green, with yellowish-green undertail coverts. The long, pointed tail features blue central feathers tipped yellow. Females have a paler greyish-blue head and a less prominent black collar.
