Description
The Atlantic Puffin is a medium-sized seabird characterized by its distinctive large, triangular, and brightly colored bill during the breeding season, featuring red, yellow, and blue-grey sections. It has a black back, white underparts, a pale grey face patch, and striking red eye-rings. Known for its upright posture on land and powerful flight, it is an excellent swimmer and diver, often seen carrying multiple small fish crosswise in its bill to feed its young.
