Plumage DetailsThe Golden-plumed Parakeet has a vibrant emerald green body, with a yellowish wash on the belly and flanks. A prominent golden-yellow stripe extends from behind the eye down the side of the neck. It features a pale, horn-colored bill and a distinct white eye-ring. Its long, pointed tail is green, sometimes with a bluish tinge on the outer feathers.
