Plumage DetailsAdults have a bright orange-red face and breast, bordered by grey on the sides of the neck and chest. The upperparts are olive-brown, and the belly is whitish. Juveniles are mottled brown with no orange breast.
Vocalization / CallIts song is a beautiful, liquid, warbling melody, often delivered from a prominent perch. It also has a characteristic sharp 'tic' alarm call and a rapid 'ticking' sound.
