Plumage DetailsMales have a brilliant white crown, emerald green upperparts, flanks, and sides of the head. The underparts are bright yellow from the throat to the undertail coverts, and there is a small white patch on the wing (primary coverts). Females are duller green overall with yellowish-green underparts and lack the white crown and wing patch.
