Plumage DetailsAdults have a white head, body, and tail, a pale gray back and upperwings, and black wingtips with white spots. Their bill is yellow with a prominent black ring, and their legs are yellow. Juveniles, like the one pictured, display mottled brown and white plumage, especially on the head, neck, and underparts, with a dark bill and pinkish-gray legs.
