Plumage DetailsFeatures a black head, throat, and upper back. A prominent red band encircles the nape and upper chest, bordered below by a narrow yellow band. The lower breast and belly are yellow, marked with a broad red band across the lower belly. The bill is pale yellowish-green with a black culmen and a black spot near the base of the upper mandible.
