Plumage DetailsPredominantly bright green plumage covers the body. The forehead and crown are blue, transitioning to blackish around the eyes and ear coverts, framed by a distinctive white eye-ring. Blue primary feathers are visible, and a variable red patch may be present on the belly. The outer tail feathers display red and blue.
